Boards and leadership
Understand implications, risk, investment and accountability without drowning in technical jargon.

04EDUCATION · CULTURE · THE NEXT GENERATION
AI literacy is organisational infrastructure. It must change how people verify, disagree and decide.
Effective education leaves more than information. It leaves a shared vocabulary, a verification method and the ability to recognise when to stop.
From primary classrooms to boards, my aim is the same: make people less dependent on the teacher and more capable of framing questions, building evidence and taking decisions.
Understand implications, risk, investment and accountability without drowning in technical jargon.
Translate use cases into processes, roles, indicators and adoption criteria.
Develop oversight, source verification and the ability to recognise errors and limitations.
Teach computing as a creative and critical language: build technology rather than merely consume it.
Create autonomy, reusable material and internal communities able to continue learning.
Role-appropriate, documentable programmes connected to real organisational risks.

LEARNING BY DOING
Real cases, simulations, plausible but incorrect outputs, sources to verify and procedures to design. Competence emerges when theory encounters friction.
